Chief Executive Officer

Jie founded Abound Group after 24 years of combined experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare, and financial services. Her professional career started in 1997 as a medical representative for a multinational French pharma. Upon moving to the U.S., her healthcare career started in the CCU as a critical care nurse. She then transitioned to case management and utilization management, making her knowledgeable on patient care coordination and revenue cycle. In 2017 she became an independent financial services broker, helping people with retirement and insurance planning. There she nurtured her passion for entrepreneurship, leadership development, mentorship, coaching, and education.

With vast life and business experience, she envisions Abound as a gift to fulfill a bigger purpose.

Chief Marketing Officer

Jerlyn co-founded Abound Group together with her mother. She has prior experience in online influencing. Additionally she is a Licensed Financial Educator, teaching people essential financial concepts, and a tax preparer. She is passionate in helping people and her goal is to grow Abound to a scale that is capable of serving countless individuals and businesses alike.

Cynthia has a solid 40 years of experience as a nursing leader in acute care setting. She embodies dedication, compassion, knowledge, and result-oriented leadership. She has served at several of the large hospital systems in Dallas Fort-Worth. Cynthia was honored for her contribution to the nursing profession at the DFW Great 100 Nurses, and received numerous recognition on Service Excellence.

Her strength shines in employee engagement and retention, together with her proven experience in recruiting and onboarding countless nurses, both locally and internationally.
